SEO Services in Pakistan for Google and AI Search

Ranking on Google is no longer the whole job. Most searches now end without anyone clicking a link, and the answer your customer reads is written by an AI. We do both sides of the work: the SEO that gets you ranked, and the structure that gets your business named inside the answer.

Get a Free Visibility AuditWe check where you rank on Google, whether AI tools mention you, and what is stopping both. You get the findings whether or not you hire us.

What changed

Search Stopped Being a List of Links

People used to type three words and pick from ten results. Now they ask a full question and read one answer, written by a machine that decided which businesses were worth mentioning. Your site can sit at position three and still be completely absent from what the customer actually sees.

Before

One search. Ten links. The customer chose.

If you ranked, you got seen. If you got seen, you got the click.

Now

One question. One answer. No clicks.

For commercial premises in Karachi, most businesses shortlist providers that offer trained guards, 24/7 monitoring and documented licensing. Three commonly recommended options are Company A, Company B and Company C, each covering the main commercial districts.
Sources: 4 sites referenced. Your business is not one of them.

The customer has a shortlist before they visit a single website. If you are not in the answer, you are not in the running.

Read those together and the picture is simple. Traffic from search is shrinking even for sites whose rankings have not moved. The businesses holding their ground are the ones being quoted inside the answer, not just listed below it.

Why it still pays

Why Invest in SEO at All Now?

Because the alternative is renting your visibility. Paid ads stop the moment the budget stops. Search work compounds: a page that earns authority keeps bringing in people months after it was written, and the same authority is what decides whether an AI system trusts you enough to name you.

That is the part most businesses miss. AI tools do not invent their answers. They pull from sources that are well structured, clearly written and demonstrably credible. Every one of those qualities comes from doing SEO properly. The work has not been replaced, the reward has just moved.

For a business in Pakistan competing against companies with bigger ad budgets, this is the most level ground available. You cannot outspend them on ads. You can absolutely out-structure them.

The terminology

GEO, AEO, AIO and LLMO Explained Without the Jargon

Four acronyms are being thrown around for roughly the same job. Here is what each one actually means, so you can tell when an agency is describing real work and when it is repackaging the same service four times.

GEO

Generative Engine Optimization

Getting your business cited inside answers generated by ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. The broadest of the four terms and the one most widely used.

AEO

Answer Engine Optimization

Structuring content so it can be lifted directly as an answer. Older than generative AI, it started with featured snippets and voice search, and the same technique now feeds AI results.

AIO

AI Optimization

An umbrella term covering both the above, and sometimes also the use of AI tools inside the SEO process itself. Vague, which is why we avoid it in reporting.

LLMO

Large Language Model Optimization

Focused specifically on how language models understand and store information about your brand, including what they say when nobody has searched for you at all.

Our honest position: the labels matter far less than the work. GEO is the term we use because it is the most widely understood, and everything below is what we actually do under it.

Layer one

The Search Foundation

None of the AI work matters if this part is broken. A site that loads slowly, buries its content or cannot be crawled properly will not rank and will not be cited either. This is where every engagement starts.

01

Technical SEO and Site Health

Crawlability, indexation, site speed, mobile performance, HTTPS, XML sitemaps, redirect chains and the errors sitting in Search Console that nobody has looked at. We fix the foundation before we build on it.

02

Keyword and Intent Research

We map what your customers actually type and ask, separate the terms that bring buyers from the ones that bring browsers, and assign each one to a single page so your own pages never compete with each other.

03

On Page Optimisation

Title tags, headings, internal linking, content depth and page structure, done so the page reads naturally for a person while being unambiguous to a machine about what it covers.

04

Content Built on Real Demand

Written by people, for people, around questions your market is genuinely asking. We do not publish filler to hit a word count, because thin content is exactly what AI systems skip over.

Layer two

The AI Search Layer

This is the work that decides whether you get mentioned in the answer. It sits on top of the foundation, not instead of it, and it is included in every SEO plan we run rather than sold as a separate product.

Google AI OverviewsChatGPTGeminiPerplexityCopilotGoogle AI Mode
01

AI Visibility Audit

We run a fixed set of the questions your customers actually ask across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, and record what comes back. Who gets named, which sources get cited, and where you appear or do not. This becomes your baseline, and we rerun the same prompts every month so the comparison is honest.

02

Entity and Schema Work

AI systems think in entities, not keywords. They need to know what your business is, what it does, where it operates and how it connects to your industry. We implement Organization, Service, LocalBusiness, FAQ and Product schema, tidy your citations across the web, and make those relationships explicit rather than implied.

03

Content Structuring for Extraction

Rewriting existing pages so a machine can lift a clean, correct answer out of them. Direct answers placed early, clear headings phrased as real questions, facts stated plainly with numbers and dates, and comparison content that is genuinely useful rather than a sales pitch dressed as a guide.

04

Topic Clusters and Authority

One good page rarely gets cited. Depth does. We build clusters that cover a subject properly, link them together so the relationship is obvious, and work on getting your business mentioned on sources these systems already trust, because being talked about elsewhere is what turns a website into a recognised entity.

05

AI Referral and Citation Reporting

Every month you see how your prompt set responded, whether your mentions went up or down, which competitors are gaining, and how much traffic arrived from AI platforms according to your analytics. Not a vague claim that things are improving, an actual before and after.

06

llms.txt and Crawler Access

Making sure the AI crawlers can reach your content in the first place, and giving them a clean summary of who you are and what you offer. A small technical job that a surprising number of sites get wrong by blocking the crawlers entirely.

Image recommendationOne screenshot here is worth more than all six cards: a real AI answer where a client of yours is named, with the mention highlighted. Even one from your own brand works. Ask a client for permission and it becomes the single most convincing element on the page.
How they fit

The Two Layers Are Not in Competition

The AI layer earns the introduction. Someone asks a broad question. They have not decided what they want yet, they are still working out their options. If your business is named in that answer, you have entered the conversation before your competitor even knows it started.

The search foundation closes it. Once they are interested, they search for you properly, or click through to compare. That is when your rankings, your pages, your proof and your calls to action have to do the work. An introduction with nothing behind it converts nobody.

Doing only the first gets you known and forgotten. Doing only the second means you are waiting to be found by people who already decided elsewhere. Together they cover the whole journey, which is why we do not price them separately.

Step 1

Customer asks an AI a broad question about their problem

Step 2

Your business is named in the answer, because the AI layer did its job

Step 3

They search your name or click through to check you out

Step 4

Your pages rank, load fast and answer their next question, so they enquire

How we run it

What Actually Happens, Month by Month

Month 1

Audit and baseline

Full technical audit, keyword mapping, competitor analysis, and your first AI visibility baseline across every platform. You get the findings and the ninety day plan before any work begins.

Months 2 to 3

Fix and structure

Technical errors cleared, schema implemented, priority pages rewritten and restructured, internal linking rebuilt. This is where the early ranking movement usually shows up.

Months 4 to 6

Build and expand

Topic clusters published, authority work under way, content gaps filled. AI mentions typically start appearing in this window as the depth accumulates.

Ongoing

Measure and adjust

Monthly reporting on rankings, traffic, enquiries and AI citations, with the plan adjusted based on what the numbers show rather than what was written six months ago.

Timelines are honest, not optimistic. Technical fixes can move things within weeks. Competitive terms take six months or more. AI citations depend heavily on how established your brand already is, and we will tell you where you realistically sit before you spend anything.

Why us

Straight Answers, Not Packages

Nothing is sold off a menu

Your plan is built from what your audit found. If a service in our list will not help your business right now, we will not put it in the quote just to raise the number.

AI work is included, not upsold

Structuring content for AI systems is part of doing SEO properly in 2026. Charging separately for it would mean admitting we were doing the job badly before.

You see what we see

The prompts we test, the responses we get, the errors we found, the pages we changed. Every report shows the working, including the months when things did not move.

Straight Answers on SEO and AI Search

What is actually included in your SEO services?

A full technical audit and fixes, keyword and intent research mapped page by page, on page optimisation, content built around real search demand, internal linking, schema implementation, and the AI visibility work described above. Every month you get reporting on rankings, traffic, enquiries and AI mentions.

What we do not include is a fixed number of blog posts or backlinks per month regardless of whether your site needs them. The plan follows the audit.

What are GEO, AEO and AIO, and how are they different from SEO?

They all describe getting your business surfaced in AI generated answers rather than in a list of links. GEO, generative engine optimization, is the term most people have settled on. AEO, answer engine optimization, is narrower and focuses on content structured to be lifted directly as an answer. AIO is a loose umbrella that different people use differently.

None of them replaces SEO. They all depend on it. A site that is slow, badly structured or thin on substance will not be cited by an AI any more than it will rank on Google. Be cautious of anyone selling GEO as a standalone product with no SEO underneath it.

How do you actually get a business mentioned in AI answers?

Four things, in order of impact. Make the site machine readable through proper schema and entity markup so the system knows exactly what your business is. Structure content so a clean answer can be extracted from it, with the direct answer placed early and facts stated plainly. Build genuine depth on the subjects you want to be known for, because one page rarely earns a citation. And get mentioned on sources these systems already trust, since being discussed elsewhere is what turns a website into a recognised entity.

What does not work is stuffing keywords, publishing volume for its own sake, or any tool promising to submit your site to ChatGPT. None of that exists.

Can AI visibility actually be measured, or is that just a sales claim?

It can be measured, but not the way rankings are, and any agency claiming precise positions in ChatGPT is overselling. AI answers vary between users and change week to week.

What we do is run a fixed set of prompts, the real questions your customers ask, across each platform every month and record the results: whether you were named, which competitors were, and which sources were cited. Same prompts each time, so the comparison is fair. Alongside that we track referral traffic from AI platforms in your analytics, and watch branded search volume, which tends to rise when people encounter your name in an answer before they search for you. Three imperfect signals, read together, give an honest picture.

Do keywords still matter, or is it all entities now?

Both, doing different jobs. Keywords tell a search engine what a page is about and remain essential for traditional ranking. Entities tell an AI system who you are and whether you can be trusted, which is what decides citation.

The practical difference: a keyword is "security company in Karachi". An entity is your business, understood as a licensed security provider operating in specific areas, connected to the industry, with a consistent identity across the web. You need the first to rank and the second to be recommended.

What kind of content performs best in AI search?

Content that answers a question clearly and can be quoted without editing. Definitions, comparisons, how-tos, genuine FAQs and explainers that state facts plainly with specifics attached. If a paragraph could be lifted straight into an answer and still make sense on its own, it is doing the job.

What performs badly is the padded, adjective heavy writing SEO produced for years: long introductions before the point, vague claims with no numbers, and the same idea repeated in three different ways to hit a word count.

Do I have to rewrite my whole website for this?

No. In most cases we restructure a small number of pages that matter, add the schema, and fix the technical foundation. Existing content usually needs editing rather than replacing: a clearer opening answer, better headings, facts made specific.

The audit tells us which pages are worth the effort. On a typical site that is somewhere between five and fifteen pages, not the whole thing.

My Google rankings are already good. Do I still need this?

Ranking well makes you a strong candidate for citation, so you are starting ahead. But the two are not the same thing, and plenty of sites holding position one are absent from the AI answer above them. That is the worst position to be in, because you look fine in your rank tracker while your traffic quietly declines.

If your rankings have held steady but clicks and enquiries have dropped over the past year, this is almost certainly why, and it is worth checking before it gets worse.

We will check your rankings, run your customers' real questions through the AI platforms, and show you exactly where your business appears and where your competitors appear instead. You get the findings whether or not you work with us.
